Preparation ingredients
1 packet of Hai’s Asia Joy Korean Jjajang Paste
2 tbsp oil
100g onions
100g chicken meat
15g garlic
100g water
400g cooked noodle of your choice
50g shredded cucumber

Preparation method
Finely chop the garlic
Cut onion into cubes
Cut chicken into cubes

Cooking Steps
Add garlic to oil and fry till fragrant
Add chicken meat and onion and fry till tender
Add in Hai’s Asia Joy Korean Jjajang Paste and water, simmer till thickened.
Blanch noodles
Pour sauce over a bowl of noodles
Garnish with shredded cucumbers and ready to serve.
