Preparation ingredients
1 packet of packet of Hai's Instant Mee Rebus Paste
1 litre water
500g yellow noodles
100g bean sprouts
1 pcs of fried firm bean curd
4 hard-boiled eggs
Corn starch as desired
Ganish - fried shallots, Chinese celery, green chilli, lime (amount as desired)

Preparation method
Fry the firm beancurd and cut into cubes
Deshell the eggs
Slice the green chilli
Cut Chinese Celery into sections
mix corn starch with 50g of water
Blanch noodles and bean sprouts

Cooking Steps
Add Hai's Instant Mee Rebus Paste into 1 litre of boiling water.
And boil for 10 mins.
Add cornstarch to water and mix well.
Add mixture to thicken.
Once thickened it is ready to serve
