Hai's Instant Lontong Paste

Serves 4-5 Person

Preparation ingredients
1 packet of Hai’s Instant Lontong Paste
200ml coconut milk
800ml water
150g shredded coconut (fry till fragrant)
150g turnip
100g long beans
150g cabbage
100g carrots
2pc of firm bean curd
4 hard-boiled egg
Lontong rice (as desired)

Preparation method
Cut turnip into sticks
Cut long beans into sticks
Cut long beans into sections
Cut carrots into stcks
Slice firm bean curd
Peel hard boiled eggs
Cut lontong rice into cubes

Cooking Steps
Stir-fry Hai’s Instant Lontong Paste till Fragrant.
Add vegetables and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add coconut milk and simmer under low heat for about 20 mins before serving.
